A former City Hall staffer told the Pioneer Press that on numerous occasions Her — then herself a City Hall employee — would approach him at public events, grab him by the glutes, and then announce to everyone standing nearby that she had once grabbed him by the glutes.

Where things stand: the city’s outside investigation did not substantiate sexual harassment or retaliation. The police chief’s lawsuit is pending and its claims are allegations. Mayor Her has apologized for crossing lines and says she will vigorously defend against the suit.
